Welcome to Kristian Najem's landing page. This policy describes how the personal information you share through the site is collected, stored, and used. It is written in line with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741–1981, the regulations issued under it (including the Protection of Privacy (Data Security) Regulations, 5777–2017), and in conformity with Amendment 13 to the Protection of Privacy Law, 5785–2025, which strengthens the obligations of data controllers and the rights of data subjects.

The information will not be used for promotional or marketing communications of any kind (newsletters, offers, service updates, etc.), unless you have given separate, explicit consent through a dedicated checkbox or in writing. You may withdraw any marketing consent at any time by sending an email containing the word "Unsubscribe".

Any promotional message (including email, SMS, fax/robocall) will be sent only after receiving explicit prior consent, in accordance with Section 30A of the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 5742–1982 ("Spam Law"). Every promotional message, if sent, will include a simple and immediate unsubscribe option, and unsubscribe requests will be honored within 3 business days.

5. How is the data stored?

Details submitted through the form are forwarded directly to Kristian Najem's email address and are not stored on a separate server, in an automated database, or with any third party. The data resides in the personal mailbox (Google / Gmail), which is protected by two-factor authentication (2FA) and the email provider's security terms.

Your information will not be transferred, sold, or rented to third parties. The information is not shared with any external entity, except where legally required (e.g., a competent authority's order).

7. Retention period and deletion

The information will be kept for the period required to provide the service (scheduling a talk and follow-up). No later than 24 months from the date of contact, details that did not result in active collaboration will be automatically deleted from the mailbox. You may request earlier deletion at any time via direct email — such a request will be processed within 14 business days.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

This policy is governed by Israeli law. Any dispute concerning it shall be heard exclusively in the competent courts in Israel.
